Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 3 PM (local time) will begin processing the following business day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £99 within the European Union. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For orders to the UK under £99, a flat rate shipping fee of £5.99 is applied.

International Shipping

INSUIT ships worldwide! International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery depending on your location. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Methods

We work with trusted couriers to provide the best service including standard, express, and overnight shipping options (where available). At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and link so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some regions may experience longer shipping times due to customs processing or local delivery constraints.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.
